Pastor Lisa Brooks
Lisa serves in pastoral ministry with her husband Michael A. Brooks. They are the founders of the Restoration Fellowship Church International in Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan where she is the director and founder of the ministries’ women’s group, RWS (Restored Women Sharing). Pastor Lisa remarks, "Our purpose is simply this: God specializes in meeting individuals at the point of their need, we serve for the express purpose of leading women to that place of surrender where the Father through his spirit can gain access to their spirit to meet all of their needs. It is our conviction that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead, resurrects broken lives entombed in sin and graves of social economic deadness. By sharing the word of God, we restore one another in the spirit of meekness through the love of Jesus Christ.” As the lead singer of the group “Witness”, she delivers a message of hope declaring God’s love and his power to set the captives free. Over the past fifteen years, Lisa has ministered throughout the length and breath of this country and Europe. She continues to bless audiences wherever she ministers. She is the recipient of a Stellar Award and aGospel Music Excellence Award. Lisa has been nominated for Dove and Grammy awards twice. Pastor Lisa comments, “We must understand that any accomplishments that God allows us to achieve are only one level of success in him positioning us for the next level. Ministry in every form is very serious, for it involves the souls of mankind. Our world needs an encounter with the true and living God and he has called us to be his representatives. At the end of the day, I just want to know that in some way, some how, I was an agent of change to lead a lost soul into the kingdom of God.” |

Some people are simply born with a destiny and calling. In the first chapter of Jeremiah, God tells the Old Testament prophet: "I knew you before you were born…I sanctified you and appointed you as my spokesman to the world." Lisa Brooks was born to speak to the generation in like manner. She is an anointed psalmist and a powerful preacher and teacher of the gospel.
